HOTEL CONFIRMATION

Hotel confirmations will be sent to the email associated with your purchase no later than 7 days after purchase. If you need to alter any details about your reservation, please fill out this form or reach out to travel@thecircuit.com.

PARKING

Physical parking passes will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase. These will begin shipping no later than 30 days prior to the race. Please contact travel@thecircuit.com if you have any questions about your parking pass.

TRANSPORTATION

PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION

Guests who have purchased a Private Transportation Package will not receive a physical parking pass.  Please complete this form with your initial transportation information.  We will schedule calls to confirm all details starting in October.  Please contact travel@thecircuit.com if you have any questions about your private transportation.

SHUTTLE PASS

Shuttle Passes are Live in the COTA App!
Check your COTA App account to access your digital passes. If you don't have an account yet, download the app and sign up using your purchase email to retrieve them.

Expedited Transportation Services

You transportation includes daily round trip service from your hotel to the track.  Please complete the form to coordinate your daily pick-up.  When leaving the track, please meet us in Lot H for your transportation home each evening.

ON-DEMAND GOLF CART SERVICES

You will receive a text each morning to coordinate any cart services you need throughout the weekend.  Carts are available daily.  Friday and Saturday service will run from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday service will run from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  Please reach out to travel@thecircuit.com if you have any questions.

PRIVATE GOLF CART SERVICE

Guests who have purchased a private golf cart services will receive a physical wristbands for their guests.  Please complete this form with your initial golf cart information.  We will schedule calls to confirm all details starting in October.  Please contact travel@thecircuit.com if you have any questions about your private transportation.

MEET & GREET WITH F1 LEGEND

Please click here to select your preferred F1 Legend Experience time.  We are host this experience on Friday and Saturday.  Please meet us at the Observation Tower for this experience at the scheduled time. You will receive confirmation of your confirmed experience the week of F1 USGP via text message. 

SUPER STAGE - SIDE SIDE EXPERIENCE

We are excited to host you for your on-stage photo and side stage experience.  Please meet us behind the Super Stage by 6:45 PM to participate in your on-stage photo.
