Q: How do I access my tickets?

A: Formula 1 United States Grand Prix 2025 All tickets are mobile and managed in the Circuit of The Americas app, which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play for Android. 

Q: When can I expect to receive my tickets?

A: Circuit of The Americas tickets can be accessed in the Circuit of The Americas app beginning 30 days after purchase. Tickets will appear in your account, but they will not be manageable or transferable until 30 days before the race. 

Q: Will my tickets be mailed to me?

A: No, All tickets for the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix 2025 are mobile only and can be accessed in the Circuit of The Americas app on any smartphone. 

Q: When will I receive more information about my hotel accommodations?

A:  By purchasing a COTA Travel package you have confirmed hotel reservations in Austin at the designated property in your package. More information about your hotel accommodations will be distributed beginning August 2025 from travel@thecircuit.com. Please reach out if you have any questions about your reservation. 

     

Q: When will I receive my shuttle passes?

A: Circuit of The Americas shuttle passes can be accessed in the Circuit of The Americas app beginning 30 days prior to the event date. 

Q: Can I change the guest name on my hotel room reservation?

A: Yes, you will be able to make name changes to your hotel reservation. Please reach out to travel@thecircuit.com to request any changes needed for your hotel reservation.
